We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Google Pay for online purchases. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with 24 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order is shipped.
Typically orders ship within 3 business days. During sales please allow up to a week for your order to ship.
We cannot guarantee the ship date of preorder items. Orders for items that are listed as "preorder" may be cancelled for a full refund at any time up until the ship date. Email us at email@example.com to request an order cancellation.
If your order contains a preorder item and another item, we will hold the in-stock item until your preorder is ready to ship, unless you request otherwise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds. We are happy to extend store credit if you would like to return your full-price items. Sale items are not eligible for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you would like to return your full-price item for store credit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and tracking must be included.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of receiving your item at email@example.com.
SHIPPING - US
We offer two options for domestic US shipping. The default option is USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. For guaranteed 1-day shipping, you can choose USPS Priority Mail Express. However keep in mind that it may take up to 3 business days before your item ships.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
We offer two options for international shipping - USPS Priority Mail International which typically takes about 6-10 business days, and USPS Priority Mail Express International, which typically takes 3-5 business days. These transit times are not guaranteed, and the actual time may vary depending on location, customs, and other factors out of our control. The customer is responsible for all customs and import fees.
