SHIPPING PROCEDURE

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times may be longer than normal due to the effects of COVID-19. We cannot guarantee shipping times on any order.

We observe strict sanitary precautions when shipping your orders. The RCT studio is thankfully located adjacent to my home.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Google Pay for online purchases. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order is shipped. Typically orders ship within 1-3 business days. During sales please allow up to a week for your order to ship.

Domestic (US) orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes about 1-3 days depending on location. Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note: we are offering limited international shipping to countries that are not experiencing major service disruptions due to COVID-19. If we currently don't offer shipping to your location but you would like to order, please get in touch at sales@rachelcraven.com.

International orders ship using USPS Priority Mail International which typically takes about 6-10 business days. International shipping may take much longer than usual at this time due to the impact of COVID-19. Transit times are not guaranteed, and the actual time may vary depending on location, customs, and other factors out of our control. The customer is responsible for all customs and import fees. International orders that are returned to sender are not eligible for refund - customer may receive store credit for the purchase value of the items, and shipping will not be refunded.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Linen Face Masks cannot be returned.

Full price, unworn, and unwashed items from domestic orders are eligible for store credit or exchange, excluding face masks. We are not currently offering refunds for returned items. A return authorization must be requested from sales@rachel.com within 7 days of order receipt.

All sale items, items purchased using a discount code, and international orders are final sale. After 7 days of order receipt, all sales are considered final. International orders that are returned to sender are not eligible for refund and may receive store credit only.

RETURN PROCESSING

Email us at sales@rachelcraven.com to request a return authorization. We require all returns to be authorized and shipped back with tracking confirmation or we cannot process the return. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return authorization. Return postage with tracking and insurance is the responsibility of the customer, but all exchanged goods will ship back free of charge. We are not liable for any lost in transit return packages.

Refunds and store credits will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Rachel Craven LLC holds the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.

PREORDERS

Orders for items that are noted as "preorder" in the product description may be cancelled by the customer for a full refund at any time up until the ship date by emailing sales@rachelcraven.com. We cannot guarantee the ship date of preorder items.

If your order contains a preorder item and another item, we will hold the in-stock item until your preorder is ready to ship, unless you request otherwise.
